2 years ago I got married. My husband and I were thinking a lot of time where we should go for the honeymoon. Unfortunately, thi decision was not easy. After a few days of research we came to a conclusion that we will choose Santorini as our destination. But it was not the only decision. When we already chose the destination, we had to decide where we were going to stay.

First of all, the room itself was great. If you atay in a honeymoon hotel, you be be sure that there is 1 huge king bed and romantically furnished bathroom. Our room had also a lot of other amazing features. For example, there was a huge bathtub, ideally for a couple. Nonetheless, the most amazing thing was our private veranda. I never considered this to be a romantic thing, but it proved to be my favourite one. As a result of fact that this was private, I didn’t have to worry about our clothes or the fact that any other guests could see what we are doing. We enjoyed there tons of unforgettable moments while watching sunsets.

Second, the hotel was located in a calm part of the city. That may sound trivial but it is greatly substantial. Just trust me. During a honeymoon you shouldn’t be angry about loud music in the night or street noises in the morning. This could destroy any romantic moment. Thanks to the hotel location, we didn’t have to worry about noises at all!

And finally – the service was just outstanding. I am convinced that that is substantial as rude receptionist could ruin your humour for the rest of the day. The staff in a hotel was just great. I think this might be connected with the fact that they know that guests are on their honeymoon so they make any effort to build a magical atmosphere. Definitely, I certainly would recommend one of the santorini honeymoon hotels. My partner and I have spent there the best moments of our life. Doubtlessly, we would come back there one day. Perhaps for our wedding anniversary?
